workflow tune-up (pilot)
a focused, one-lane session to make your work easier to run and easier to think about.
this is for when you’re doing good work, but the way it happens feels heavier than it needs to be - too many tabs, “i’ll remember this later,” and manual steps.
we’ll pick one lane, look at how it actually runs, and rebuild it so it’s clearer, lighter, and a little bit ai-assisted.
who this is for
you, if at least one of these feels familiar:
- you’ve grown into a workflow that “just happened” and now it feels messy
- you’re juggling tools (google docs, notion, slack, airtable, drive, etc.) and aren’t sure how they fit together
- you know ai could help you, but you don’t want a whole new platform or a 6-week revamp
- you’re an artist, solo operator, or small team who wants things to feel calmer without losing momentum
what we’ll work on
we focus on one lane of your world - for example:
- releases / content cycles
- client onboarding or offboarding
- bookkeeping + receipts
- sending a newsletter
- project / task flow for a small team
- something else that happens over and over again
the point is to choose one repeatable thing that feels too manual, confusing, or brittle, and give it a clearer shape.
what you get
for this workflow tune-up, you get:
- a 60–75 minute call on google meet
- a simple map of how this lane works now (as we uncover it together)
- a reworked version of the lane that:
- removes unnecessary steps where possible
- tightens up where information lives
- adds light ai helpers in tools you already use (no new platforms unless you really want one)
- a short follow-up summary in your own language:
- what we changed
- what to try for the next 30 days
- what to ignore for now
how it works
- fill out the short form
tell me who you are, what you’re working on, and which lane you want to focus on. honest answers are welcome; this doesn’t need to be polished. - i review within 2 business days
i’ll look at your answers and decide if i’m a good fit for what you’re trying to do. - if it’s a yes
i’ll email you with:- what i’d focus on in our session
- the exact scope for this lane
- a link to pay and a link to book a time between 10am–2pm atlantic
- if it’s a no
i’ll tell you that clearly and won’t offer the service. you won’t be charged. - we run the session
we meet on google meet, walk through how things work now, and rebuild the lane together. after the call, i’ll send your summary and any small artifacts we create (screenshots, notes, diagrams).
pricing
intro price: $300 cad (for the first 3 tune-ups)
planned regular price: $450 cad
- you only pay after i’ve read your form and confirmed we’re a good fit.
- payments are handled via stripe / bank transfer, depending on your location.
questions you might have
what counts as “one lane”?
anything that has a clear start and end, and happens again and again. “my whole business” is too big. “how a client goes from first contact to signed + onboarded” is perfect.
what tools do you work with?
i’m comfortable in: google workspace, notion, airtable, slack, drive, dropbox, stripe, quickbooks, mailchimp, various ai tools (chatgpt, claude, etc.). if you’re using something else, tell me in the form and i’ll let you know if it’s a fit.
do i need to be “good at ai” already?
no. we’ll work from wherever you are - from “i barely use it” to “i live in prompts.” the goal is to add just-enough helpers, not turn your whole life into a science project.
will you rebuild everything for me?
this is a tune-up, not a full rebuild. i’ll focus on one lane and give you a version that’s lighter and clearer. if it feels like you need a deeper project, i’ll say so and we can talk about ongoing systems work instead, if that’s something you want.
what if i change my mind after filling out the form?
if you don’t want to move forward after i send the “yes” email, no problem - just don’t pay / book. once you’ve paid and booked, the fee is non-refundable, but we can reschedule if something comes up.
